Data Analyst / Scientist / Engineer
You will own the data layer for client engagements: building pipelines, standing up cloud warehouses, and turning messy operational data into dashboards that executives actually use. Our clients span healthcare revenue cycle, PE-backed platforms, and professional services firms, so no two projects look the same. If you are comfortable moving between SQL, Python, and a BI tool without needing hand-holding, you will thrive here.
Business Analyst
You are the person in the room who can translate a client's operational chaos into a clear problem statement, then help build the solution. You will run discovery sessions, map workflows, define KPIs, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with our technical team to deliver reporting and automation that sticks. Strong communication matters as much as analytical chops here. Our clients are busy operators and investors; you will need to earn their trust fast.
Software Developer
We build internal tools, client-facing dashboards, and automation systems, and we move fast. You will work across the stack, integrating APIs, building lightweight web interfaces, and automating repetitive workflows that eat up client time. We use Next.js, TypeScript, and modern cloud infrastructure. You do not need to have worked in consulting before, but you do need to be comfortable picking up new domains quickly and shipping work that is maintainable, not just functional.
AI / ML Engineer
This is not a research role. It is applied AI in a consulting environment. You will design and deploy LLM-powered workflows, build intelligent automation on top of client data, and help us deliver AI features that create measurable ROI. We work in healthcare, financial services, and operations-heavy businesses, so there is no shortage of real problems to solve. Bonus if you have touched agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or workflow orchestration tools. We care far more about what you can ship than what you know in theory.
